Kristen specializes in socioemotional development, executive functioning, and academic learning. She holds a BA in Education and a MA in Developmental Psychology from George Mason University. Her primary areas of research include social and emotional development and predictors of resilience in youth. Kristen has worked both inside and outside the school system to support student success and wellbeing. She works with children and adolescents to build resilience, develop social skills, manage the academic and emotional impacts of learning disabilities, and increase academic achievement.
